1. Acceptance of Terms

জাগো বাঙ্গালি ব্যবহার বা account তৈরি করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই Terms, Privacy Policy এবং Community Guidelines মেনে চলতে সম্মত হন। আপনি যদি Terms-এর সঙ্গে একমত না হন, platform-এর account বা publishing features ব্যবহার করবেন না।

2. Account & Permanent Writer Profile

একজন registered user-এর একটি account-এর সঙ্গে একটি permanent Writer Profile থাকবে। একই profile-এর অধীনে user যত ইচ্ছা কবিতা, অণুগল্প, গল্প ও উপন্যাস প্রকাশ করতে পারবেন। Account credentials নিরাপদ রাখা user-এর দায়িত্ব।

3. Eligibility & Accurate Information

Registration-এর সময় accurate information দিতে হবে এবং applicable age/legal requirements মেনে চলতে হবে। অন্য ব্যক্তির পরিচয় ব্যবহার করে account তৈরি করা যাবে না।

4. Publishing Content

Writer নিজের published content-এর জন্য দায়ী। Publish করার সময় writer-কে confirm করতে হবে যে কাজটি তার original work অথবা তার কাছে তা প্রকাশ ও platform-এ ব্যবহারের প্রয়োজনীয় rights/permission আছে।

জাগো বাঙ্গালি কোনো লেখা প্রকাশের আগে সাধারণ editorial approval বাধ্যতামূলক করে না। তবে report, legal complaint বা policy violation হলে manual review ও moderation action হতে পারে।

5. Copyright Ownership & Platform Licence

Writer-এর original work-এর copyright ownership writer-এর কাছেই থাকে, subject to applicable law and the final agreement. Platform পরিচালনা, display, formatting, distribution within the service, caching, search indexing এবং platform promotion-এর জন্য writer জাগো বাঙ্গালিকে একটি non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence দেন, যতদিন work platform-এ available থাকে বা applicable agreement অনুযায়ী।

6. Prohibited Content

Illegal content, copyright infringement, harassment, hate/discrimination, targeted abuse, spam, deceptive manipulation, malicious content এবং Community Guidelines-এ নিষিদ্ধ content প্রকাশ করা যাবে না।

7. Reports & Moderation

যেকোনো user content report করতে পারেন। Report পেলেই automatic deletion হবে না। Admin manual review করে report dismiss, warning, content removal, restore, account suspension বা ban-এর সিদ্ধান্ত নিতে পারে। গুরুতর বা আইনগত ঝুঁকির ক্ষেত্রে আরও appropriate action নেওয়া হতে পারে।

8. Ratings, Views & Rankings

Views, ratings, saves, reading events এবং ranking signals platform discovery-এর জন্য ব্যবহার হতে পারে। Artificial views, fake ratings, vote manipulation বা automated abuse নিষিদ্ধ। এক account একটি work-এ একটি active rating রাখতে পারবে এবং পরে rating পরিবর্তন করতে পারবে।

9. Competitions

Competition-এর আলাদা rules, eligibility, deadlines, voting controls ও prize terms থাকতে পারে। Competition-specific rules এই Terms-এর সঙ্গে একত্রে প্রযোজ্য হবে।

10. Account Suspension & Termination

Policy violation, abuse, fraud, copyright infringement বা security risk-এর ক্ষেত্রে account suspend বা terminate করা হতে পারে। যেখানে appropriate, user-কে warning বা notice দেওয়া হতে পারে।

11. Availability & Changes

Platform features পরিবর্তিত, সীমিত বা সাময়িকভাবে unavailable হতে পারে। Terms ও policies সময়ে সময়ে update করা যেতে পারে। Material changes হলে appropriate notice দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করা হবে।

12. Contact

Terms নিয়ে প্রশ্ন বা legal notice-এর জন্য platform-এর designated contact channel ব্যবহার করুন। MVP-তে একটি verified legal contact address/domain launch-এর আগে যোগ করা উচিত।
